But pay is like damn sucky! for OJE tt is. $45 bucks. for 4 days, 6 hrs each. Starting i cant really cope, 1st day was like super HOT in kitchen. Think vent spoil tt's why. 2nd day OJE was like still half bearable n unbearable. Multitasking really common in BOH. Plus timing wise have to keep check every now n then. N hand keeping getting scarred by boiling oil. Mostly is whn dipping either NewYork Fish or Fish n Chips Fish into the fryer. Pain lahx. But nvm. Will get used to it somehw.

Today was posted to Navalbase primary to work at their popular! My sulky face already showed tt i was like moody!? Dont like working in navalbase though. Maybe cuz their popular really UNORGANISED? messy lahx. Stupid. Of all ppl, i hadto be transferred to NB. Haiz. Wasnt feeling well too. Kinda like slight headache n sick? was supposed to work til 4 for NB but left at 1pm. Just cant stand it. so erica [Lady Boss] scolded? lol. Hack. Sneaked back to RI popular to help out. Hoping erica wasnt there. Stupid she was! lol. but lucky inside stall n nt classroom. Wnt classroom instead to help JUN pack sec 1 books. Dint wan erica to find out i was here. IF NOT I"LL GET KILLED! Lol. Talked to JUN as we packed. Wasnt there with her long cuz it's like i left NB at 1? only reached RI at 2? Siao rite? 1hr frm yishun to bishan. Changed 3 buses all together. lol. too tired til sleep in bus. Wasnt having enough sleep these few days. Slept at 3. My job was like killing me. Working 2 jobs aint esay. expecially F&C. Popular was okay, relaxing. left Ri at 3.45 n went bank to make Bankbook n atm card. AGAIN. some matters. Went to F&C to work ft tt. Dint really rest much. Really tired!! Damn. I was hoping tt i wasnt tt sick if i turnd up for work today n F&C. true enough. Nt tt sick. Though a little still. Was issued another new shirt. At least this shirt fit my size. S size. the other time tt shirt wsa like XL? WTH. Lol. n this time de shirt long sleeve. COOL. hahas. i liked.. hmm no. LOVED this shirt! lol. Dsign was also different. but tt shirt was meant for FOH. lol. yet i'm working for BOH! XD.. manager gave me so i hck.. =). Todays work was still okay!? i guess. Got used to frying n time management. Lol. keep standing under the fan in kitchen. nt tt HOT! hahas. okay. so overall.. learned! to.. Fry fries? 2.5mins.. Fry calamaries[sotong rings]? 2.5 mins overd in spice flour. Sweet N sour Fish? 3 mins covered in spice flour, clammed at side of frying stove for spice to be fried. Fish N Chips de Fish? 3mins covered in normal flour, mixd with batter den dippd half of Fish into fryer, wait for end of fin to rise up above oil level before letting the other end of Fish off into the fryer. Same thing for New York Fish n Captain Hook. Where NY Fish has cheese in it. n Captain Hook is like some kids meal with Half the size of normal Fish n Chips Fish. SharkFish aka Tilapia requires the longest cooking time. 15mins! Super long. Dipped in spice flour n let it fry freely in the fryer 4 15 mins. Lol. tt's basically the fob for FRYMASTER had to master. That's only 1 position in the kitchen. There r like so many mre like the overall coordinator, the GRILLMASTER, the PIZZAMASTER, PASTAMASTER, PLATTERMASTER! All differnt job scope, different roles. Have lot's to learn. Learning Platter master next wk frm another part timer. LOL. den able to cook platter myself for dinner there. Lol. Today did Prawn Fritters 4 myself for dinner. ate Stingray also! Was fresh n delicious can?lol. Only hate washup n cleanup. Today was lik forced to clear rubbish? rubbish cleaner. Lol. USed my bare hands to clear lahx. Lol. but it's okay. At least have a feel of wat it's like also. Doing gabage n portraying myself as some1 doing these dirty stuffs.
